Youth Programs

Young People are an Essential & Vibrant Part of our Church Family.
Our youth programs create a place where students can grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and discover how to live out the love of Jesus in everyday life. Through Bible study, worship, games, service, and shared experiences, our youth learn that following Christ is both joyful and meaningful.
We offer a range of opportunities for kids and teens to connect, learn, and serve — from Sunday morning programs for children to midweek youth groups and mission experiences that inspire lifelong faith.
Kids of the Kingdom
(Grades 3–6) Program Director: Laurel Copp
Kids of the Kingdom meets during our Sunday worship service and helps children grow in their understanding of God through stories, prayer, and creative activities. Kids explore the Bible in fun and engaging ways while building friendships and learning what it means to love and serve like Jesus.
Vacation Bible School
2025 Program Director: Lydia Deckert
Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a free week of fun, filled with learning about God’s love for us, singing and dancing, playing games, making new friends, creating art, and more! The past few years have been difficult for everyone, including our kids, so we look forward to providing a place focused on bringing the joy and light of Jesus into their lives.

Youth Groups
Middle School Youth Group (Grades 6–8)
Our Middle School youth meet every Thursday night from 7:00–8:30 (9:00 in the summer). “Spunkiness” is the theme of this lively group! Students dive into Scripture, play games, and pray together in a fun and supportive setting.
Throughout the year, middle schoolers also join with the high school fellowship for special combined events. Anyone in grades 6–8 is welcome to join us!
High School Youth Group (Grades 9–12)
Our Senior High group meets every Wednesday from 7:00–9:00pm and offers a warm, close-knit community for teens to deepen their friendships and faith. Evenings include Bible study, worship, prayer, and plenty of laughter and connection.
Special events like ski trips, pool parties, game nights, and retreats make this group a highlight of the week — a safe and joyful place to belong.
Mississippi Youth Mission
2025 Team Leaders: Josh & Anna Metz, Emily Marques, Jenny Deckert and Glenn Deckert
Faith grows stronger when it’s lived out. Each summer, our youth have the opportunity to join others from the congregation on mission and service trips, including our long-standing partnership with In His Steps Ministries in Canton, Mississippi.
